There SHOULD NOT be any fees associated with the Mandatory items - this is a Volunteer position.

• ​​(Mandatory) PA State Police background check (Must be within 12 months of submission.) 

• (Mandatory) Child Abuse background check (Must be within 12 months of submission)

• Volunteer Form filled out and signed (Volunteer Application button above)

• (Mandatory only for Independent Contractors: Mandated Reporter Training) Child Abuse training course

• (Optional) FBI Fingerprinting, signed form of PA residency for 10 consecutive years

Please give us time to review your Application. Once review is complete and we feel you are well suited to volunteer at STAT®, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with you and schedule your training. After your training, we will provide you with the best suited opportunities available.
